Scholarship Application
The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize and honor eligible students and provide financial support for postsecondary education. Recipients will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship.
The scholarship shall be awarded to up to five (5) students per year and may be retained through four (4) years of college provided the recipient continually maintains a cumulative minimum grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0 each semester. The award shall be disbursed in two installments of $1,000.
Applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Currently a senior in high school OR currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college, university, or trade program
- Minimum high school GPA: 3.0
- Minimum college / university GPA: 3.0
- Minimum standardized test scores:
- ACT: 23 and/or SAT: 1250
- US citizen or permanent resident
To apply, eligible students must submit the following on or before May 1 of the application year:
- Completed scholarship application form (below)
- One school reference letter
- One community reference letter
- Official high school transcript
