GRI-Alleset is a unique organization that specializes in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and distribution of high-quality, cost-effective product solutions for the global healthcare marketplace. The services offered include a complete suite of contract manufacturing services (including design, development, manufacture, sterilization, and logistics), marketing and sales services, as well as a diverse range of market-tested products that we are willing to private-label for our customers. We are currently searching for a talented individual who will assume a high level of responsibility for business and client share development in Europe.


The successful candidate will be principally responsible for client development in Europe; planning and implementing sales, key account management, establishment and support of the company's distribution network, marketing, support of new product development programs and clinical trials, all in an effort to drive the overall success of the business. Although this is primarily a marketing and sales role, the selected candidate will need to be well-rounded because responsibilities, tasks and priorities can often change.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Significantly expand customer base in Europe by promoting our service and/or product portfolios
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and identifying new opportunities
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Europe, its specific countries, and its specific customers; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Monitors/establishes pricing to ensure adequate gross profit margins
  • Manages expenses related to area of responsibility
  • Works to identify/initiate/develop product improvement, line extensions and new product designs
  • Helps to define the requirements for exhibitions, product in-services, and product training courses (for colleagues and customers)
  • Develops sales training materials and skills to ensure adequately trained selling organizations and sales support teams (for both Alleset and its distribution partners)
  • Provides field assistance to the salesforce and distributors as required
  • Develops working relationships with various end-user for continued learning and to expand the base of business
  • Maintains and monitors sales and profit margins for product line
  • Monitor various reports (i.e. sales forecasts, PO status, etc…) as necessary and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the customers in the assigned territory receive shipments on a timely basis
  • Maintain current and accurate sales pipeline
  • Must understand and demonstrate a “sense of urgency” in all activities and communications
  • Visit customers as required in support of selling and/or product in-service activities
  • Perform other duties as may be required

Education and/or Experience

  • A bachelor degree with a major in business administration, marketing, or related area of study
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or product management; healthcare experience is preferred
  • Experience in the development, successful launch, and management of a successful business
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

We are currently searching for a talented and energetic individual who will assume a high level of responsibility in our Operations Group.


Participate in complete product lifecycle management from product concept initiation to commercialization and launch. Work with sales & marketing teams to design and develop product concept, spec, and project plan. Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing and overseas process engineering, quality, manufacturing, regulatory, and operation units to ensure project success. Utilize advanced research skills and customer input to make sure that profitable and differentiated products are delivered to customers. Identify and address customer needs and remain cognizant of product requirements. Manage timelines and relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient product development. Application of both new and existing technologies, materials and processes to deliver the optimum product design ensuring the establishment of excellent standards of performance. Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and with the company's new product development process. Require: Master's degree in Operations/Business Management/Applied Economics and 1 year of experience.
